The patron saint of Campli is Saint Pancras, celebrated on 12 May.
Since 1964, every last weekend of August, the Sagra della porchetta italica has been held, the first sagra of Abruzzo and one of the first organised in Italy, with a competition among the producers of porchetta. The creator of the feast-competition was Fernando Aurini, who conceived it to promote tourist awareness of the town, also publishing a tourist guide titled «Campli». The town also holds the Church of Santa Maria in Platea and the Campovalano Necropolis.
