On 4 and 5 August Campana celebrates Saint Dominic of Guzmán (san Domenico di Guzmán), patron of the municipality, with the patronal feast and the feast of the Madonna di Costantinopoli.
The calendar of local festivals includes, on 7 June, the «Fiera della Ronza», a historic and traditional livestock market; on 12 and 13 June the feast of Saint Anthony (sant'Antonio); on 7 and 8 September the feast of the Madonna delle Grazie with the procession of the Mysteries; and on 7 October the Fiera del Rosario.
