On the Tuesday after Pentecost and on the Sunday after Ferragosto (15 August) Papasidero, a municipality of 808 inhabitants in the province of Cosenza, celebrates its patroness Nostra Signora di Costantinopoli and its co-patron San Rocco.

The patron saints of Papasidero are Nostra Signora di Costantinopoli (Our Lady of Constantinople) and, as co-patron, San Rocco (Saint Roch), celebrated on the Tuesday after Pentecost and on the Sunday after Ferragosto (15 August); the village holds the Santuario di Santa Maria di Costantinopoli.
