The patron of Platì is Our Lady of Loreto, called in dialect «ra Maronna ru Ritu», celebrated with the patronal feast on the second Sunday of August.
The fourth Sunday of August, instead, brings the feast in honour of Saint Roch. The territory extends into the Aspromonte National Park and also holds the Church of San Pasquale.
