The patron of Faicchio is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on the last Sunday of August in the Church of San Giovanni Battista.
Every 16 August, the statue of Saint Roch is carried in procession. In the historic hamlet of Porti, during the Christmas season, the traditional Living Nativity of Faicchio is held. In the Amati area stands the birthplace of physicist and volcanologist Luigi Palmieri. The town also holds the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta and the Grotta di San Michele.
