The patron of Telese Terme is Saint Stephen the Protomartyr, celebrated on 26 December in the Church of Santo Stefano.
The town holds the Cathedral of Santa Croce with its Norman bell tower, and the Anfiteatro delle Terme, remains of the ancient Roman thermal complex.
