The patron of San Biagio Saracinisco is Saint Blaise, celebrated on 3 February; the saint's name also appears in that of the municipality, which has 361 inhabitants in the province of Frosinone.
The town experienced mass emigration in the 1950s and 1960s towards northern Europe, in particular Belgium, Germany, Sweden and France; the emigrants' clubs organise religious celebrations, in particular the feast of Saint Blaise, for which some return to their home village, sometimes in organised groups.
