The feast of the patron saint, San Pietro l'eremita (Saint Peter the Hermit, remembered on 30 August), is held in Trevi nel Lazio between 28 and 31 August. On 29 August a procession takes place starting from the collegiate church of Santa Maria Assunta and the town streets are filled by the market; the citizens of Rocca di Botte, the saint's birthplace, take part in the celebrations, coming on pilgrimage to venerate his remains.
On 31 August a goods and livestock fair is held and the festival closes with musical entertainment and the arrival of the 'Signora', a paper puppet that is burned. The municipality also holds the Castello Caetani, the Oratorio di San Pietro Eremita and the Museo delle piante.
