The patron of Canepina is Saint Corona, celebrated on 14 May in the church dedicated to her.
On 17 January, Saint Anthony the Abbot is also celebrated. The town holds the Castello Anguillara, the Museo delle Tradizioni Popolari and the Church of San Giovenale, damaged in the 1944 bombings.
