On 14 and 15 May the celebrations in honour of the patroness Saint Corona and of Saint Isidore take place in Monte Romano.
The town's calendar includes, on 17 January, the feast of Saint Anthony the Abbot with the Giostra del saracino (Saracen joust), on Maundy Thursday the costumed representation of the Passion of Christ, on Good Friday the solemn procession of the Dead Christ, on 1 May the Festa della Merca and on the third Sunday of September the feast of Maria Santissima Addolorata (Our Lady of Sorrows); its territory holds Rocca Respampani, the Necropoli della Porcareccia and the Arx Montis Romani.
