In Piansano the most important feasts are Saint Bernardino, the feast of the patron, held on 20 May, and the Madonna del Rosario, on the first Sunday of October; the Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Bernardino is dedicated to the saint.
The municipality also holds the Rocchetta, the Chiesa del Suffragio and the Necropoli di Poggio del Cerro.
