The patrons of Vignanello are Saint Blaise and Saint Hyacinth, celebrated on 3 February.
Mid-August brings the Wine Feast, first held in 1937, when Vignanello was considered a renowned holiday resort, as attested by the articles of journalist Giovanni Mosca. Around 8 December, instead, the Fiera della Madonna is held, locally also called «dello Sbattolò» or «Fier'a Madonna». The town also holds the Castello Ruspoli.
