The patron of Sant'Omobono Terme is Saint Homobonus, celebrated on 13 November in the Church of Sant'Omobono.
The town holds the Shrine of the Madonna della Cornabusa, set into a cave in the valley, and overlooks Monte Ocone, as well as the Church of San Giacomo.
