The patron of Calvagese della Riviera is Saint Peter, celebrated on 22 February, the feast of the Chair of Saint Peter.
The town holds the Castello di Carzago and the Church of San Filippo Neri, as well as the Church of Sant'Antonio Abate, and hosts the MarteS - Sorlini Art Museum.
