The patrons of Stagno Lombardo are celebrated on the last Sunday of July; 28 July is the day of San Nazario (Saint Nazarius).
The sagra falls on the third Sunday of October. At Brancere, in the Sales locality, on the day of the Assumption, 15 August, the evocative Marian procession along the river Po takes place. The municipality also holds the Riserva Regionale Bosco Ronchetti, the Monumento Naturale Bodrio delle Gerre and the Parco del Po e del Morbasco.
