The patron of Esino Lario is Saint Victor the Martyr, celebrated on 8 May, to whom the Chiesa di San Vittore is dedicated.
The town's calendar includes the Bjibjerè, on the last Saturday of January, the Festa del Monte Croce - Festa degli Alpini in July and the Tartifol Fest in September; the traditional dish is the Ravioli di Sant'Antonio di Esino, cooked at home and in local restaurants, while at Christmas the whole population takes part in preparing the Presepe Vivente (living nativity scene).
