The patron saints of Cassano d'Adda are Holy Mary Immaculate and Saint Zeno, celebrated on the first Sunday of October.
The town holds the Visconti Castle, an important medieval landmark, as well as the church of Santa Maria Addolorata e San Bartolomeo. Among the town's places of interest are also the cemetery chapel of Sant'Ambrogio and the Oratory of Sant'Antonio.
