The patron of Monte San Pietrangeli is Saint Blaise, celebrated on 3 February with a feast and fair through the town's streets, in the Parish Church of Santi Lorenzo a Biagio.
On Good Friday, a historical procession re-enacts the Passion of Christ with costumed characters. On the third Sunday of July, in the hamlet of San Rustico, the town's only hamlet, comes the historical re-enactment of the wheat threshing. The town holds the Church of San Francesco and the Parco Comunale.
