The patron saint of Romentino is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June.
The municipal territory holds the Church of San Gaudenzio and the Parco della Camarlona, as well as the church of the Madonna della Neve. The town also holds the church of Sant'Ambrogio.
