The patrons of Lesina are Saints Primianus and Firmianus, martyrs, celebrated on 15 May.
Saint Primianus of Larino, who lived between the 3rd century and 303, was a victim of the great persecution of Christians ordered by Emperor Diocletian; venerated as a saint by the Catholic Church, he is patron of Lesina and co-patron of Larino. The town also holds the Torre Fortore and Torre Scampamorte towers.
