Novoli celebrates Saint Anthony the Abbot on 17 January. The celebrations begin on 6 January with a solemn ceremony and end on the 18th with the «Festa dei Paesani». The symbol of the feast and of the town is the Fòcara, an enormous bonfire of vine cuttings that can reach 25 metres in height, unique of its kind in Italy.
