The patron of Ottana is Saint Nicholas, celebrated on the third Sunday of May.

The town hosts the MAT - Museo Arti e Tradizioni, Casa Barca, and holds the Nuraghe Badde Suergiu and the Nuraghe s'Ingraris. It also has the Church of Sant'Antonio Abate, the Church of Santa Maria and the Church of Santa Margherita.
