The patron of Lucca Sicula is Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, celebrated on 8 December, in the church of Maria Santissima Immacolata.
The town's only notable monument is the mother church, built in the 17th century, the era in which the very town arose: with the granting of the ius populandi privilege, indeed, among the duties imposed on the baron was also that of providing the fledgling settlement with a church for the faithful. Of simple 17th-century architecture, with a single nave, the church also features a Neoclassical-style high altar. The town also preserves the church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Rosary.
