The patron of Lucignano is Saint Felix, celebrated on 29 July.
In October 2025, at the Teatro Rosini, the first edition of the UFF - Underground Film Festival was held, dedicated to independent cinema: on the closing evening, actor Mauro Di Francesco, who had passed away shortly before, was remembered. The town also holds the Medici Fortress and the Collegiate Church of San Michele Arcangelo, as well as the Shrine of Santa Maria della Querce.
