The patron saints of Seravezza are Saint Lawrence and Saint Barbara, celebrated on 9 and 10 August in the Church of Santi Lorenzo e Barbara, with the traditional bonfire at the confluence of the Serra and Vezza rivers.
Since 1956, on the first Sunday of May, in the hamlet of Pozzi, the Palio dei Micci is run: eight districts, Pozzo, Madonnina, Cervia, Quercia, Ranocchio, Leon D'Oro, Lucertola and Ponte, compete in a donkey race, called «micci» in local dialect. Every three years, on the evening of the Friday before Easter, the Procession of the Dead Christ is held, with a statue group from the 17th century. On 19 March, in Querceta, the Saint Joseph fair is held. The town also holds the Villa Medicea di Seravezza.
