The patron saints of Pescia are Saint Dorothy, Saint Polychronius and Saints Abdon and Sennen, celebrated on 6 February; administratively, the occasion is fixed on Ash Wednesday.
On the first Sunday of September every year, the districts of Pescia compete, after parading through the streets of the town, in an archery contest for the Palio dei Rioni, the town's emblem. The town also holds Villa Garzoni, the church of San Francesco and that of Santi Stefano e Niccolao.
