On 14 May Otricoli celebrates Saint Victor; in summer, instead, the town goes back to AD 168 with the Ocriculum re-enactment.

The patron of Otricoli is Saint Victor, celebrated on 14 May; the town's main church is the collegiate church of Santa Maria Assunta.

Below the village lies Ocriculum, the Roman town with its theatre and amphitheatre. Since 2012 the town has devoted a yearly historical re-enactment to it, called Ocriculum AD 168.
