The patron of Trevenzuolo is Saint Mary Magdalene, celebrated on 22 July in the Church of Santa Maria Maddalena.
The town's traditional festival, of ancient origin, is instead held on the first Sunday of September: only in the last century was it linked, as in many parishes, to Saint Aloysius, patron of youth, and it was born to commemorate the consecration of the parish church. The town also holds the church of the Santo Nome di Maria Vergine and the Arena Verde.
