The patrons of Treglio are Saint George, celebrated on 23 April, Saint Mary of the Assumption and Saint Roch; 15 and 16 August are also listed among the municipality's feast days. The town has the Chiesa di San Giorgio, the Chiesa di Maria Santissima Assunta and the Chiesa di San Rocco.
On the Saturday and Sunday of the second week of November (originally the first) the Borgo Rurale is held, the Festa del Vino Novello, Castagne e Olio Nuovo (new wine, chestnuts and new oil festival), with displays set up in the historic centre and live music of various kinds in the town's alleys.
