On 24 June every year Opi celebrates the patronal feast in honour of Saint John the Baptist; at the same time the religious ceremonies in honour of Saint Vincent Ferrer are also held.
On 24 December, on Christmas Eve, the rite of I catozze is repeated. The municipality also holds the Museo del camoscio (chamois museum), the Museo dell'uomo e della foresta and the Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta.
