The patron saint of Città Sant'Angelo is Saint Michael the Archangel, celebrated on the Monday after the third Sunday of September in the Collegiate Church of San Michele Arcangelo.
The town holds the Church of San Francesco and the Church of Sant'Agostino, as well as the Church of Sant'Antonio di Padova and the Porta Sant'Antonio.
