The patrons of Bisenti are Saint Paschal Baylon, celebrated on 17 May, and Our Lady of the Angels (Madonna degli Angeli), on 2 August: the feast of Our Lady of the Angels has always been particularly felt, so much so that it is also mentioned by Gabriele D'Annunzio, with the young girls carrying baskets of wheat on their heads and leading a donkey through the streets for the offering in the church.
On the first weekend of October the Revival dell'uva e del vino Montonico (Montonico grape and wine revival) is held, born in October 1975 to go beyond the simple village sagra and rediscover the rural traditions of the grape harvest, marked by a parade of allegorical floats, traditional events and tastings of typical products.
