The patroness of Canna is the Immacolata Concezione (Immaculate Conception), celebrated on the last Sunday of May; the village holds the Chiesa dell'Immacolata Concezione.
In Canna devotion to the Madonna del Soccorso (Our Lady of Help) is very much alive, venerated very probably since the second half of the 17th century. The statue of the Madonna is carried in procession by the devotees on the last Sunday of May, the day after the procession of San Francesco di Paola, and on 17 August, after the procession of San Rocco. The municipality also holds the Cappella della Madonna del Soccorso.
