The patroness of Carfizzi is Santa Veneranda, celebrated on 27 July; the village holds the Chiesa di Santa Veneranda.
The municipality also holds the Parco della Montagnella. In summer the village is enriched by the presence of many foreigners for the Festival dei Popoli (Festival of Peoples), organised for some years by the municipal administration; in the summer period one can also watch various folk events with women wearing the traditional Albanian costumes.
