The patron of Condofuri Centro is Saint Dominic, celebrated on 8 August in the Church of San Domenico.
In August, the patronal feasts of the town's other hamlets are also held: Mary Queen of Peace at Condofuri Marina, Saint John the Baptist at Gallicianò and Saint Anthony of Padua at San Carlo. Also in August, the town, together with its neighbours, used to host the Paleariza festival, dedicated to Greco-Calabrian culture. The town also holds the Castello Ruffo and lies at the edge of the Aspromonte National Park.
