The patron of Fabrizia is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated in the mother church dedicated to him on the Sunday following 13 June. From Saturday and all through Sunday, a great fair fills the town's streets, preceded by the «tredicina», the daily Mass held for the thirteen days before the feast.
At Easter, according to peasant tradition, the cuzzupa is still prepared at home today, a typical Easter cake. The town overlooks Monte Crocco, the Cropani-Micone State Reserve and the Marchesale State Reserve.
