The patroness of Castel Baronia is Our Lady of the Fratte, celebrated on 2 February, to whom the Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Fratte is dedicated.
The municipality of 1,150 inhabitants in the province of Avellino also holds the Chiesa di Santo Spirito, the Cappella del Purgatorio and the Cappella dell'Addolorata.
