The patrons of Cesinali are Pope Saint Sylvester and Saint Roch of Montpellier, celebrated together on 31 December.
During Carnival, the town performs the Zeza, a traditional folk play, and renews the Rosammarina tradition, the delivery, accompanied by traditional songs, of a decorated conifer branch. Since 2017, in July, the Villa San Nicola festival has been held, a musical event known provincially and regionally. The town holds the Samnite aqueduct and the Cappella di San Pio da Pietrelcina.
