The patron saint of Brusciano is Saint Sebastian, celebrated on 20 January in the Church of San Sebastiano.
Since 1875, on the last Sunday of August, the Festa dei Gigli has been held annually, financed and organised by the townspeople themselves and dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua, inspired by the one born in Nola, just 12 km from Brusciano. In the same year, the Arco del Miracolo was built, in Vico Tre Santi, on the occasion of a miracle attributed to Saint Anthony. On the Sunday before Shrove Tuesday, the observance of «I dodici mesi» is also celebrated. The town also holds the Church of San Giovanni Battista and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie.
