The patron saint of Campagna is Saint Antoninus the Abbot, celebrated on 14 February.
The municipal territory holds the Castello Gerione and the co-cathedral basilica of Santa Maria della Pace, as well as the Monte Polveracchio nature reserve. The Museum of Ethno-Anthropology and Contemporary Art-Giordano Bruno Art Centre (MEAC) holds the memory of Giordano Bruno, everyday objects and craft tools of rural life, and a collection of contemporary artworks. The town also holds the Hermitage of San Michele di Montenero.
