The patron saints of Montecorvino Rovella are Saints Peter and Paul, celebrated on 29 June in the church dedicated to them.
The third Sunday of August recalls the apparition of the Madonna dell'Eterno: a copy of the statue is kept in a town church, while the original is found in the Sanctuary of the Madonna dell'Eterno. The parish marked its 800th anniversary in November 2010, since the oldest record of its existence dates to 4 October 1210. The Sunday after 6 August also commemorates the Transfiguration of Christ on Mount Tabor. The town also holds the Convent of Santa Maria della Pace.
