The patron of Casalfiumanese is Saint Gregory the Great, celebrated on 12 March.
On the Sunday closest to 19 March, the feast of Saint Joseph, the town holds the Sagra del raviolo: established in 1925, it revives the old Fiera del bestiame di San Giuseppe (cattle fair), which dates back to 1738. The town also holds the Castello di Pieve Sant'Andrea and overlooks the Vena del Gesso Romagnola Regional Park.
