The patron of Saludecio is Saint Amatus Ronconi, celebrated on 8 May: the town holds the Museo di Saludecio e del Beato Amato, dedicated to him.
In the first week of August, the Ottocento Festival takes place, a great event dedicated to the 19th century, with antique markets, scenographic settings, taverns in the alleys, and street performers. The town also holds the Church of San Biagio and Porta Marina, and the hamlet of Cerreto, a well-preserved rural village with traces of medieval fortifications.
