The patron saint of Anagni is Saint Magnus, bishop of Trani venerated as a martyr and linked to the spread of Christianity in the Roman Prima Regio and to the construction of the town's cathedral, celebrated on 19 August.
The districts of Anagni compete every year in two historic games: the Archery Palio, dedicated to Clare of Assisi, is held on 11 August, while the Ring Palio usually closes the traditional feast days. The town also holds the Cathedral Basilica of Santa Maria and the Boniface VIII Museum.
