In Campoli Appennino the feast of Saint Pancras the Martyr, protector of the town, falls on 12 May; Saint Andrew the Apostle, patron, after whom the main church is named, is celebrated on 30 November.
The town is known above all for its truffle, recognised among the traditional agri-food products of Lazio: the national white and black truffle fair is held on the second and third weekends of November. On the first weekend of September Our Lady of Sorrows and Saint Gaspar del Bufalo are celebrated, and every year in August the Corsa dell'Orso (Bear Run), a footrace, is held.
