The patron of Patrica is Saint Roch, its patron saint, celebrated on 16 August: the feast, rich in both Catholic and pagan meaning, is the most important day of the year for residents and for the descendants of emigrants abroad.
In October, the sagra dull'acquata i dulla callarosta is held, named in the local dialect. The town holds the Church of the Immacolata and several historic fountains, including the Fontana della Rava and the Fontana Scorciapane.
