Patron saint festival In 300 days
Saint Lawrence the Martyr, patron of the Calici di Stelle
📅 Every year, on 10 August, with Calici di Stelle at the Castello Colonna
Piglio celebrates Saint Lawrence the Martyr on 10 August: in the setting of the Castello Colonna, shooting stars are watched with the Calici di Stelle event, amid the wines of this wine town. The Madonna delle Rose, born as a vow against the 1656 plague, is celebrated after Pentecost and on 31 October.
