The patron of Pofi is Saint Sebastian, celebrated on 1 August.
The town preserves an old tradition linked to the Church of Sant'Antonino Martire: on 27 October 1686, Lorenzo Onofrio Colonna established, for 2 September, the feast day of Sant'Antonino, an annual fair of goods and livestock that is still held today. The Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, dedicated to the Madonna degli Angeli, is still celebrated every year with a fair on the Monday following Easter Monday.
