The patron of Cerreto Laziale is Saint Sebastian, celebrated on 20 January.
The town's most important feast, however, is that of the Madonna delle Grazie, on the first Sunday after 8 September: the Confraternity prepares the traditional Tappeto Artistico, similar to flower carpets but with pictures made from coloured salt; typical dishes include the pizzarelle, recognised since 2023 as a traditional agri-food product of Lazio.
