One of the patrons of Gallicano nel Lazio is the Nativity of Mary, celebrated from 8 to 10 September; the other patron, Saint Andrew the Apostle, is instead celebrated on 30 November.
Beside the church stands the Oratory of the Confraternity of the Crucifix, where a valuable 16th-century wooden crucifix is kept, particularly dear to popular devotion and carried in procession on Good Friday. The town also holds the Castello di Passerano and Ponte Amato.
